My trainer is suggestion that I do a short 8 week cycle of Dianabol to help my healing process as well as cut some fat and build more muscle. We will do a split like this: In 7 weeks my fitness will be like it was before the cycle. Here is picture of my health with my trainer At this point in my life I don't really want to be a lifter. In 5-7 years I would like to do Crossfit and be a powerlifter, and I want to be strong and strong at my weight, bulking and cutting phase. This is the point at which I will decide with my trainer where I am going to take my journey, bulk for a week cut for a week.
